Maintain a good standing within the University of Iowa Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program

Hold a paid appointment with UI Health Care

Successfully complete the Iowa MLS Program and pass the ASCP Board of Certification Exam

Commit to employment by the UI Department of Pathology as a MLS on a full-time basis for at least two years
